The Brazosport College Office of Admissions and Registrar is here to help with everything from submitting your application to applying for graduation.
Brazosport College is an open-enrollment institution, meaning you're accepted once your application has been submitted and processed. International applications have additional requirements, please refer to the International Students page for further information. To get started, submit your application and official transcripts. If you're already a student, we can assist you with all things registration.
Get Admitted and Enrolled
Whether this is your first time studying at Brazosport College or you're coming back from a break, we're excited to welcome you on our campus. Depending on your classification, you may have different admission requirements. For information specific to your student classification, select the option that best fits you below.
New Students

Returning Students
Whether its been more than a year or you're just registering for your next semester of courses, we're here to help. Depending on how long you've been away will determine the requirements to get you registered.
Dual Credit Students
Get a head start on attaining your college degree and earn high school credit in the process. The Dual Credit program allows eligible high school students to earn college credit for specific high school courses.
International Students

Getting close to completing your degree? We're here to guide you through the process of applying for graduation and submitting your request to participate in our annual commencement ceremonies.
Submitting Bacterial Meningitis Records
Brazosport College students under 22 years of age are required to show proof of an initial meningococcal vaccination within five years from the first day of the school semester unless the student qualifies for an exemption.

Submitting and Requesting Transcripts
Are you submitting your transcripts for admission or requesting a transcript be sent to a college or university? There may be specific steps you need to follow.
Information and Policies
FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act)
FERPA affords eligible students certain rights with respect to their education records. (An “eligible student” under FERPA is a student who is 18 years of age or older or who attends a postsecondary institution at any age.)
Adding and Dropping Courses
Students may add or drop courses from their schedules within a limited time period each semester. Depending on your classification, there may be certain criteria you must meet before adding or dropping a course.
TSI Exams & Course Placement
If you are an incoming college student in Texas, you are required to take the Texas Success Initiative or TSI Exam to determine your readiness for college-level work. Some students may qualify for an exemption if they meet certain criteria.
