Planning Your Visit

Methodist North Hospital is located at 3960 New Covington Pike, Memphis, TN, 38128.

Our phone number is 901-516-5200.

Visitors can park in the East, West and Medical Office Complex lots.

You can also get to Methodist North Hospital by using the Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA). Choose Route 52.

Visiting hours at Methodist North Hospital are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and patients may have one visitor stay the night in their hospital room. Patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) cannot have overnight guests.

To protect your health and safety while at Methodist North Hospital, we lock all doors from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., except the entrance to our Emergency Department (ED).

Visitors may request a security escort when returning to their automobiles. Call the security office at 901-516-5259 or dial “0” on a hospital phone and request assistance from the hospital operator. This and other safety services are available 24/7.

Our dining room is located in the main hospital at the basement level and features snacks, drinks, grill items and a salad bar.

The dining room is open Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

  • Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Dinner: 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Snacks and drink machines are near the dining room at the basement level and on most hospital floors.

Dining options close to our hospital campus include:

  • Pizza Hut
  • Wendy’s

Patients and their loved ones who need a place to stay while receiving treatment or visiting Methodist North Hospital can stay at one of the following hotels:

  • Holiday Inn Express & Suites Millington-Memphis Area, an IHG Hotel
  • Motel 6 Memphis, TN – East
  • Quality Inn Memphis Northeast Near I-40
  • Shelby Inn

At Methodist North Hospital, we aim to make your visit comfortable and convenient. Here are a few ways we aim to do that:

  • ATM: We have an ATM on the first floor, inside the main hospital lobby.
  • Gift Shop: You can reach the shop at 901-516-5252.
  • Internet Access: Free Wi-Fi is available to Methodist North Hospital visitors. When connecting, choose the GUEST network. You’ll then be prompted to accept our terms and conditions. Internet connections automatically time out after eight hours of inactivity. To reconnect, simply choose GUEST again and agree to our terms and conditions.
